Delivery & Returns

Delivery - We deliver worldwide and we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt, if orders are placed from Monday to Friday. In the UK we use Royal Mail post with deliveries reaching their destinations from between 2-4 working days. If your desired item is out of stock we will advise you of the intended delivery date.

Returns - If for some reason you wish to return your purchase, you must email and return your item undamaged and in its original packaging within 14 days for a complete refund. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings. For further information on returns please contact us and we will let you know the necessary delivery address.

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged, or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 6 months after delivery. All items that are returned as faulty will be inspected. Any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. *Please Note* Your statutory rights are not affected.

Damaged / faulty items returned for exchange or refund must be received before replacement items or refunds are issued.

For items with a value up to £46 returning them via Royal Mail First or Second class is acceptable, but we request that a proof of delivery is obtained from the Post Office in the event that the item is lost. Proof of delivery can be requested at no extra cost.

For items with a value above £46 we require they are sent via Special Next Day Delivery (the service they were sent out via) to ensure adequate insurance of the items.

When emailing for a return, please clearly state your reason for return, and full contact information including name, address, and daytime and evening telephone number.

There may be additional charges incurred by ordering online which cannot be refunded. These non-refundable charges include: sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU, and any additional insurance to cover return shipping.
